Delete Your Account
How to delete your LibLang account and all associated data.
We're sorry to see you go. There are two ways to delete your account.
In the app (instant)
If you can still sign in, the quickest way is in the app: go to Profile → Delete Account. This removes your account immediately, and is the recommended route.
By email
If you can't access the app, email support@liblang.com from the email address on your LibLang account, with "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in the subject line.
What gets deleted
Deletion permanently removes:
- your account and login credentials,
- your profile and preferences,
- all learning progress, scores, streaks, and vocabulary,
- any feedback or support tickets you submitted.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. All your learning
progress will be lost.
Processing time
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are actioned promptly; in line with our Privacy Policy your personal data is removed from live systems within 30 days, and you'll get a confirmation when it's done.
